Lamont is an Associate Professor of Finance at DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business and serves as Academic Director of the John L. Keeley Jr. Center for Financial Services, where he leads research and programming focused on the future of financial institutions and technology-driven change.
He is also a Fellow with the Filene Research Institute, leading the Center for the Credit Union of the Future. His work supports credit unions and cooperative financial institutions navigating innovation, strategy, and emerging technology.
Lamont holds Ph.D. degrees in Finance and Economics from Indiana University and a B.A. from Stanford University.
